My first Blog post starts with a Haul ! Well living in Kuwait its practically impossible to find Desi products for Makeup and Skincare here. So this time when Mommy dearest went to India I Shopped online and got them to ship it home.Whem Mommy Came back she had loads of Goodies for lil Vanny (PAID BY ME) :)

PRO's of Online Shopping in India while your outside India:



1. Prices seem cheaper due to the Strong Currency exchange rates.
2. You can order a day or two before your Friend or Family Flies down to India and they can pick up the package for you.
3. Outstanding Packaging which protects each product.
4. The options , Variety, Colors are endless.
5. Most of the online shopping sites offer Discounts
6. Convenience , Convenience ,Convenience!!!!

(For those staying in India, The first two points are irrelevant)

CON's of Online Shopping in India while your outside India:

1. Not every time will you have Friend n Family going down to India. If they do they may have their own Important work to look after.
2. Families and Friends May Travel once in India to meet relatives so they might not get to accept the packages personally.
3. Sometimes the products are out of stock and the site notifies you later.(BUMMER!!)
4. At times the courrier companies tend to mix up orders

Phewww!!! Now thats what you call a Haul. In Indian Rupees I had busted around Rs 3207.55 which came up to around 16.5 Kwd.

The Battery Charger and Face wash marked in Red eventually after a very very long delay , was not shipped as it was out of stock! and this was announced after waiting for 10 extra days.

Anyways, all that aside, I personally give online shopping a BIG THUMBS UP because of the offers and most importantly- Convenience.
